Disability Confident Insight Programme

In 2023, Bidwells became a Disability Confident Employer and have since launched several initiatives to increase disability awareness and inclusivity within our organisation. We are committed to shaping a diverse and accessible workforce where everyone has an equal chance to succeed.

As part of this commitment, we are launching a paid work experience programme in 2025 to support the Disability Confident Scheme. This initiative is designed to provide meaningful opportunities for disabled individuals, helping to break down employment barriers and create pathways into the real estate industry.

What the Programme Offers

✅ Four weeks of paid work experience at the National Living Wage
✅ Opportunities across various teams to gain hands-on industry experience
✅ A supportive and inclusive environment tailored to individual needs

Our Internship Programme is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students who have a disability according to the Equality Act 2010, who are keen to explore a career in real estate. This paid internship can be undertaken at any point during 2025, as long as your availability aligns with the schedules of the experts you'll be working alongside.

This initiative is a key part of our mission to ensure equal access to employment for everyone.
