• Overview

  Located within the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Claylands National Character Area, this scheme increase the coverage of biodiverse habitats, contributing to strategic priorities.
  
  The scheme will generate approximately 327 biodiversity units consisting of predominantly neutral grassland.

  The biodiversity baseline and Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan have been completed for this scheme.

• Developers can secure biodiversity units for the following habitat types:

  • Grassland habitats of medium distinctiveness
