Rosanna MacKessack-Leitch

A life-long passion for improving our rural environment has led Rosanna to a career in land and property management where she brings her experience of agriculture, rural policy and applied land management to our Perth-based team.

Having been brought up on the family farm in Morayshire, Rosanna is no stranger to the economic and political drivers affecting the rural economy. This keen understanding is invaluable to her clients with whom she enjoys building long-term relationships and delivering on their objectives.

Not afraid to ask challenging questions to enable progression, Rosanna is acutely aware of the pressures modern land and property managers face, particularly the ability to meet climate change obligations. Through sensitive guidance and proactive engagement, she is on hand to update and advise.

Rosanna managed the renovation of one of the most remote properties in the UK. and does not shy away from situations others would find difficult. Overcoming the complexities of being off-grid and without reliable communications, the project was both unique and rewarding.
