Nick Hills

Nick brings extensive experience from senior finance leadership roles spanning property investment management, corporate finance, M&A and financial reporting, having worked with blue‑chip multinational organisations in the UK, US and Asia. His career combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, commercial approach to decision‑making, enabling him to support both strategic growth and operational discipline.

At Bidwells, Nick works closely with the Board, Senior Leadership Team and central support functions to ensure the business remains financially resilient, well governed and fit for the future. He plays a key role in financial strategy, planning and reporting, while continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency, insight and control across the firm.

Alongside his executive responsibilities, Nick has held a range of non‑executive, trustee and investment committee roles, bringing a strong governance perspective and a broad understanding of risk, assurance and long‑term value creation to each role. He is particularly focused on communicating financial information clearly and effectively, helping colleagues at all levels of the business to understand performance drivers and make informed decisions.

Nick is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). He read French and German at the University of Cambridge, with a strong focus on working within an international context ever since.
