Natalie Jeary

A key part of her role is providing valuation advice to clients which she uses to identify opportunities and provide recommendations. She also oversees strategy reviews and prepares complex planning applications, bringing together experts and consultants as required. 

From development on farms to commercial conversions, Natalie thrives being at the forefront of innovation across the sector, working on a variety of assets. 

Clients appreciate Natalie’s ability to simplify technical information into clear, actionable advice, enabling decision making and helping keep complex projects on track. 

Natalie’s experience includes assisting a retained client by developing a strategic review for converting an underutilised farmyard land into commercial uses as well as identifying opportunities for expansion. Her work has also included managing an application to turn a disused farm building into a café and supporting clients with acquisition of additional to allow for expansion of their business.

She is a committee member of the Wisbech District Agricultural Valuers Association and also acts as a mentor to graduates.
