His experience in contracting enables him to provide solutions to complex projects with technical programme and cost constraints. He brings a practical mindset into every decision, ensuring solutions are realistic, efficient and aligned with the client’s ambitions.

Michael manages design teams, stakeholder engagement, programmes, and oversees contract management and contract administration. He enjoys working closely with professionals across the industry, knowledge sharing to solve problems that come with projects.

Michael takes pride in his work seeing a completed building and knowing he contributed, seeing how end users are using the finished space.

Building strong relationships is core to his approach. He has honest conversations and tackles difficult decisions together to ensure a successful outcome. Outside project delivery, he contributes to the wider industry through his involvement with Constructing Excellence South West.
