Acting as the client lead for some of our most prestigious and high-profile clients, Luke delivers innovative and robust solutions, overseeing teams of property and facility managers alongside client accountants to support a variety of commercial portfolios, including private investor portfolios, a number of large institutional endowments as well as one of the largest life science parks in the UK.

Luke understands the needs and aspirations of a diverse and specialist client base. He will take the time to discuss how your portfolio compares to the market from both an operational and strategic perspective.

With a background in valuation and investment appraisal, Luke combines strong commercial insight with hands-on property management expertise. His experience spans historic Cambridge assets through to cutting-edge science and technology developments, with expertise in service charge management and proactive leasing strategies.

He has led the mobilisation of major life science buildings and is client lead for a range of institutional instructions, including a significant number of Cambridge college endowment portfolios. This gives him a distinct perspective on asset performance, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategies shaped by investment horizons of 100 years or more.
