With a background in sustainable development, Katie brings a holistic, system wide perspective to her projects.

Katie ensures renewable schemes are delivered with purpose by balancing ambition with responsibility, and keeping the bigger climate picture firmly in mind.

She enjoys the human side of the renewables sector from watching a project move from just a concept to a full connection, seeing businesses powered through private wire agreements, to witnessing community funds making a tangible difference.

Katie also relishes the unknown and that no two projects are the same, with each bringing its own landowner priorities, planning nuances, and technical problems for her to solve such as coordinating interviews and managing timelines on the sale of a 10MW consented solar scheme for Leicestershire County Council, to aligning technical viability with commercial negotiation on a private-wire project. She has also supported the tender process for a new wind farm near Spalding, launched after the lifting of onshore wind planning restrictions.

Working nationwide, Katie has played a key role in projects across Norfolk, Northumberland and Wales each with very different landscapes and stakeholders.
Her commitment extends beyond projects and inspired by her own educational background, Katie plays an active role in our Inclusion and Diversity initiative and regularly volunteers at local school careers fairs, championing wider access to the property industry for students from state school backgrounds.
