In particular, David is interested in the commerciality of value-add and development projects. He brings a disciplined approach to assessing opportunities where robust strategy, detailed modelling and a clear financial appraisal are critical to unlocking and maximising investment value.

In addition, he serves as Head of Financial Modelling where his team build bespoke financial models for both new and existing projects to maximise investment value and client outcomes. A chartered accountant and CFA charterholder, his focus is on achieving strong financial returns for property investors by testing assumptions, interrogating scenarios and appraising the viability of investment strategies.
