David's extensive background includes leadership positions within PwC's Digital Transformation Practice, where he gained significant experience in FinTech, RegTech, and RiskTech product lifecycle management.
In his new role, David will focus on driving digital innovation and organisational efficiency across Bidwells' operations, leveraging his expertise in digital transformation and business optimisation. This will not only enhance the firm's service offerings and internal processes, but propel it forward, cementing the firm’s position as an innovative market leader within the property sector.
David will be also responsible for Bidwells' strategic change roadmap, focusing on transforming products and services to achieve a cohesive and optimal experience for Bidwells’ clients. A key part of this work will include the increased use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data to improve client experience and digital journeys.
David's 25-year career includes hands-on experience in both industry and advisory roles within the Big4, giving him valuable insights into critical areas of business and technology programmes.
